waiting for the nurse

Elle had her second official doctor visit today. She weighs 9 lbs 9oz! She has also grown an inch taller. She measures 50% for head circumference and height and 40% for weight. She got 3 shots and was so sad about it...she remained upset all evening. Luckily she fell asleep when we left the dr. because today was the first day I took her to pick up Noah from school... it was difficult to hold her carrier, Noah's lunch kit, his jacket, and his cup while trying to get Noah safely to the car. He ran away and went up a ramp in the gated area just outside the door,so I made sure to hold on to his shirt when we left the gate.
